Restaurant POS

Built for the rush, honest about the margin.

Tables, kitchen displays, delivery, food cost and accounting in one system. Call or WhatsApp +974 7406 2452.

A restaurant POS should do more than take payment. It sends orders to the kitchen, tracks what each dish costs to make, handles delivery platforms, and posts the day into your accounts without anyone re-keying it. Haya implements restaurant systems across Qatar, for single outlets and small chains.

Where restaurants actually lose money

Rarely in obvious theft. It goes in portion drift, wastage nobody records, dishes priced years ago against ingredient costs that have moved, and delivery-platform commission that is never reconciled against the orders it was charged on.

A POS connected to recipes and stock makes each of those visible. You can see what a dish costs to produce today rather than what it cost when the menu was printed, and which items sell well while earning nothing.

The kitchen and the counter

The parts staff touch during service, where slow software costs covers.

  • Orders to a kitchen display or printer immediately, with modifiers handled properly
  • Table management for dine-in, with splitting and merging that does not require a manager
  • Delivery platform orders arriving in the same queue rather than on a separate tablet
  • Shift close that reconciles cash, card and platform takings against the till

Multiple outlets

With more than one branch the questions change: which outlet is more profitable, are prices consistent, can central purchasing supply both, and is stock moving between them recorded.

Running each outlet on an isolated POS makes those unanswerable. One system with per-outlet reporting answers them in a report rather than a monthly reconstruction.
